1. Home City -> Taipei

Depart from home city for Taipei, Taiwan.

2. Taipei

Upon arrival at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, tour guide will pick passengers between 7am – 10am, 12noon – 3pm, and 8pm – 11pm. Hotel transfer will leave airport at 10am, 3pm and 11pm. Please help yourself to check in hotel.

3. Taipei – Chiayi

Visit National Palace Museum at your own expenses after breakfast. It contain a permanent collection of more than 696,000 pieces of ancient Chinese artifacts and artworks. The collection encompesses over 8,000 years of Chinese history from the Neolithic Age to the late Qing Dynasty. We shall also visit the Martyrs Shine before heading to Sun Moon Laket. It is a beautiful alpine lake, divided by the tiny Lalu Island; the eastern part of the lake is round like the sun and the western side is shaped like a crescent moon, hence the name “Sun Moon Lake”. 4. SChiayi – Kaohsiung

After breakfast we move on the Alishan scenic area and visit the YuYuPas Tsou Cultural Tribe Park. Locates at 1,300m above sea level and established in 2010, Alishan Exploring the history and culture, is known as "a bright pearl in Alishan. Park environment, combined with the natural landscape design, in wonderland Tea Sea, everywhere greeted beauty treasure, private houses on the Alishan attractions. Enjoy traditional snacks at lunch and then head to the Alishan Tribe Factory. Later we head towards Kaohsiung and visit the Jewelry Wholesale and Exhibition Center before enjoy the stunning night view of Kaohsiung.

5. Kaohsiung – Taitung

This day, you will travel to Xian, visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it was built for storing the sutras brought back by Buddhist monk Xuanzang. Then you will also visit the Old City Wall which was build at Ming Dynasty. Hotel: Titan Times Hotel or similar

6. Taitung – Hualien

After breakfast we follow the magnificent shoreline to the East Coast National Scenic area. This national scenic area is rich and unique in its terrain and ecology. One can enjoy sightseeing, rafting, whale-watching and diving. With an of abundance of indigenous culture along the way as well as prehistoric cultures to discover, the East Coast weaves a wonderful charm for tourists. Also visit Baxian Cave. Later we head towards Hualien and visit Taroko National Park at your own expenses. The name, Taroko, means "magnificent and beautiful" in the Truku language of the Truku indigenous tribe. Long ago a Truku tribesman saw the beauty of the azure Pacific when he walked out of the gorge. On seeing the magnificent scene, he cried "Taroko!” And so it became the name of the place. Also visit the Marble Stone Art Center before checking in hotel. (B/L/D)

7. Hualien – Taipei

Visit a Ganoderma Specialty Store after breakfast, and then take a train back to Taipei Suao new station. After lunch we visit Yehlu Geopark at your own expenses. Yehliu Geopark is famous for its sea-erosion landscape, while most of the spots are very close to the sea, tourists are advised to observe the tour guide regulations in case of the occurrence of possible danger or causing any damage to the natural resources.

8. Taipei

After breakfast we visit a series of landmarks include the Sun Yat- Sen Memorial Hall, Liberty Square, pass by the Presidential Residence and reach the Taipei-101 (not reaching observatory). After lunch we shall stop by some souvenir stores and Pi Xiu Center for some shopping times. It will be a night of traditional Taiwanese snacks – you may visit Rao River Night Market, Ningxia Night Market, Tonghua Night Market or Ximenting for your hungry tummy! (Dinner not included today)

9. Taipei -> Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi

Transfer to airport at 9am for your flight to Vietnam. Wish you have a pleasant trip. Should you need airport drop off service at a later time, a supplement of US$40/person will be collected.
